Whilst responding quickly, their response was disappointing. Heathrow fire; missing 3 days of our holiday. Refused any payment, stating we were not covered. We were only trying to recover 3 nights of hotel costs, not the flights, as we did use the flights. 3 days later. We upgraded our insurance cover to GOLD. Typical insurance company, they don’t payout on a fair & reasonable claim, that was no fault of ours.
