I made a phone call. I couldn't appear to get past one of the questions on line. Other companies kept telling me my just diagnosed, Diverticulosis was the same as something else and not on the list. I spoke to someone called Katy/Kathy? She was extremely helpful from the start. Very professional and checked anything she wasn't sure of.

I had to follow up as no email confirmation was received, also I requested that a copy was sent in the post as I don’t have a reliable printer - that never came. I’m still waiting for a hard copy after my follow up call, looks like I will have to chase up again!
