Not 100% Colour match, Bought Ford Race Red, colour is a lot darker than the car. Tried on different places on the car. Informed Chipex who acknowledge my email - "There are a few possibilities what could have gone wrong and we will try to make it right. I have passed the issue to our head paint technician who will remake this paint as soon as possible" it is expensive for it not to match. Update - Chipex has now sent me a new tub of Race red, i have still to try this, but fingers crossed the match is alot better.

Highly recommend. After a few attempts I got the process sorted, the 2 chips are barely noticeable.

Have tried using the dealer provided touch up paint and the color wasnt even close. Decided to give chipex a shot because of the 100% color match guarantee and i am much more satisfied now.

Having just ordered a new car and being somewhat offended by the part exchange offered for my almost pristine VW Tiguan, I decided to sell it privately. I say “almost pristine” as inevitably after 30,000 miles there was the odd stone chip on the bonnet and bumper. Having read good things on-line about Chipex I was keen to give it a go to maximise the selling value of my car. I am very pleased and impressed with the results and the ease of use.

Paint matched my Volvo v60 really well. Did what I expected it to do. Lessens the visual impact of chips and scratches from a discernable distance.

I have used chipex products for several of my cars in the past. The kit are well presented and of good quality. Delivery is prompt and chipex keep you informed of when the product is on its way. On this occasion however the colour match to the car is not good enough.

Excellent kit - have used this on stone chips on the bonnet and also some peeling paint around the wheel arches. Recommend this to anyone seeking to undertake DIY repairs to your car. The kit is simple and easy to use.

This is an excellent product with a bit of patience you can obtain a perfect finish and in most cases can not see the repaired area blends in really good

Tried Chipex for the first time having used many more traditional chip fix methods in the past. Chipex is much faster, easier and produces better results than any methods short of going to a pro paint shop. Little chips disappeared on my Mustang in minutes. Only the deeper chips needed further applications to fill them in level. I'm going to order a kit of my other car right away!

Didn't find this product very effective. Despite 4 attempts the impact damage is still visible. I may try for a fifth time, but to be honest I'm not very confident. I'll probably end up going to a professional.

My expectation have been well and truly exceeded with this product, paint match has been spot on but what is equally as important is the tools for a great finish & application, the kit has been very well thought after to provide the best quality finish

Not great, I’ve used these products before and they worked well, the chipex was not good though. The colour didn’t really match and I couldn’t get it to be flat using their methods, eventually used a razor and this was better but by no means good. It’s okay but it is not worth the price, get one of the cheaper brands, it does the same thing.

Disappointed ! The paint did not dry as quick as the instructions indicate.

Actually blended well with the paintwork (pearlescent type white). You need to follow the instructions to the letter and be patient with multi-layer build up.

Received wrong color. Emailed company for return - no response as of today 9-25-24.

The kit was very comprehensive and easy to use. The instructions were straightforward and the results were obvious excellent work.
