Wanted to increase our coverage before our renewal. We have no agent, just an 800 number that goes into voicemail limbo. Called and left a message but never heard back from anyone. They are fine as long as you pay your premiums with no question, never need to talk to a person and don't mind rates increasing substantially every year despite having no claims and the same amount of coverage.
