Nothing bad to say, customer since 2020. They always make everything very easy and are professional and organized. Insurance (Liberty Mutual business liability) went up a lot this year (almost 40%) but I understand that everything is going up.

Asked for a quote but was given an amount slightly above market rate, but with tons of fees added on that increased the annual price by 50%! I was not informed about the fees prior to getting the quote. When I decided to shop around, I found that because many companies use Insureon as a middleman, I was not able to purchase directly during the period the quote was still valid. This is definitely a bait and switch. Thank goodness I could still find other companies that don't work with Insureon.
