Great product, best price on the Internet, speedy delivery, would definitely use again

Great service came quicker than I expected

I’m no expert on bikes but found this company’s website easy to use, sold what I needed at a great price and was delivered quickly. Top job!

The only reason this is not five star rating is down to delay in delivery. 2 days beyond the extreme end of the delivery estimate. However this could be down to the Post Office operational difficulties during COVID 19.

Items ordered were not in Stock Your website allowed me to place an order when the items (2 x Schwalbe Marathon tyres) were not in stock. It took you 5 days before you sent me an email to say that these tyres will not be back in stock for another month. This is wasting my time and yours, why can you not tell the truth when an item is not in stock and on a long lead time?

Great service, quick dispatch and good price

The gel bar tape ordered arrived unboxed, just within the travel bag, in good time. Unfortunately I was unable to identify the contents due to missing original boxes. Additionally it looks & feels as though the tape sent is different texture & comfort to the same gel tape in our garage stock, and probably standard cork tape by same brand. Have asked for clarification about the delivery but am yet to receive reply to message submitted on their online site.

I must admit that up until recently I had always used Chainreaction or Wiggle for my cycling parts, both companies were out of stock for the item I needed. Thankfully Fawkes had the part I wanted and at a good price compatible to other websites. Being slightly nervous, i ordered my part which turned up a few days later. I can definitely recommend these people for excellent service and great prices.

Good service. Cycling glasses arrived on time and in good condition. They would have got 5 stars if they had put a card through the door to say that they had left the package outside as I nearly rang Fawkws to see what had happened to my order.
