I ordered a cross bar converter on line for my wife’s bike which arrived two days later then realised I also needed one for my mountain bike. I first contacted Fawkes cycles regarding some technical details in regard to a carbon fork I was interested in purchasing. The advice given by an extremely knowledgeable member of staff over the phone helped me in immensely. This resulted in a purchase that was exactly what I needed straight out of the box. Along with the free tracked delivery which arrived a couple of days later, I have nothing but praise for such fantastic service.
