Initially, the chap at the end of the phone was Billy. Very informative. He explained what he needed etc. The star of the show was the collection driver called Craig. What friendly helpful Yorkshire lad. Explained everything at first hand, sorted the final negotiations and all in all, everything except the payment, was down to him. First enquired in august to sell my car, price was agreed in august. But did not sell till today they stood by the price agreed way back then. they came and collected the car at my house. finance paid off within 30 mins, did not take car away till i confirmed payment. would recommend anytime. much better than we buy and better price

Although I didn’t end up going with Motordough for the sale (solely based on ease of exchanging with new car purchase) the experience with Ben was incredible. So knowledgeable, experienced and he was able to answer all my questions and concern. Highly recommend based on how easy it would have been to go with them from evaluation, to pick up to payment.

The process was fairly straightforward, agreed a price over the phone which was more than WBAC offered and collected two days later with money in my bank account before the driver left. One star deducted as I think they got the car very cheap, but in fairness I could have said no and tried elsewhere. Would recommend giving them a call before selling to the more commonly known companies that are advertising on TV
