The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is for the driver CRAIG who picked up my vehicle the person who called me tried to drop on there "gaurentee" price and actually lied to me about what his driver said on 2 tiny cosments dents on car anyway if it wasn't for Craig I would have kept the car what a credit to this company he is thank you craig

Great way to sell your car they agree a price (need to send pics & video of the car ) arrange to come & look at it check it over you get a phone call for payment details 5 mins the money is in you bank hand over keys done the driver who collected the car was very polite,friendly as was Joe who went through the process of buying my car fully recommended motor dough as I have used them twice

No hassle,photos etc sent,offer made and accepted,through Joel,the driver (Brad) arrived next checked vehicle and paper work,informed the office with all clear,they rang for bank details,within 15 minutes the money was through,Brad took the car away, drone and dusted, high rate dealing.

Great from the very beginning. I spoke to Aidan throughout and he made the transaction so easy. Gave me all the information I needed and was available if I had any worries. Brad came to pick up the car and once again, everything was very smooth. Once he had checked the car over I received a call within minutes from motordough who then took my bank details and paid me the amount they originally quoted. It was in my bank within minutes and the finance was paid off by them. I couldn’t ask for an easier sales process. Much better than some similar companies out there who offer a lot less for your vehicle.

Really easy service, they give you quote, you send some photos, and within a day or two your car is collected. They even sort all the paperwork out for you. Big shout out to Ben who was fantastic with me from start to finish, proper lovely bloke.

Pleasant guys on both occasions, kept you in the loop, tried best with price, unfortunately on these occasions could not match best offer. Have no reservations trying these again next time we have a car to sell Just couldn't give full 5* as didn't sell to them, but it wasn't they didn't try

I was a little sceptical when I found Motordough.com and thought (after a bad experience with a well known competitor) that they would be the same as all the others. To my delight they really weren’t anything like all the others but in a really good way. Ryan dealt with my car sale and was really quick in getting back to me at every stage. It felt like pretty much as soon as he knew, I knew. Motordough gave me a much better quote for my old car than anyone else was offering, and that price was honoured when they came to collect it. Another credit to their business was Dean who came to my address to collect my old car. He even managed to arrive early and kept me informed of the process and what he was doing at all times. I cannot fault anyone I have dealt with with motordough, and my two main points of contact, Ryan and Dean, are a credit to the company they represent. Thank you guys, will definitely use again!

Dealt with Joe through the whole process who made it easy, kept in touch with me and worked through everything I needed to get my car gone. I acknowledge that you can probably get a better price selling privately but that's always true no matter how you sell it, if you want to just get rid of your car, quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price then I can't fault them. Genuinely top notch communication too, Joe called when he said he would call, updated me whenever there was a relevant update, and checked in post collection (my car was collected out of hours - even arranged to do it on a Sunday when the M62 was closed making it a real pain just to help me out sooner) when they weren't even open to make sure it went smoothly. Absolutely no complaints, genuinely my most positive customer service experience that I can remember having.

I had Joe call me regarding selling my vehicle and what top lad this guy is, very efficient and professional and although we only spoke briefly this guy had managed to build a solid customer relationship between us. I also highly appreciated the fact where he negotiated on our behalf with their appraisal team so we could get the price we wanted.
