Fairly painless experience to sell my car for a bit more than I was offered part-ex. Adam was very helpful and the whole process was straightforward, just provided details of the car and took a batch of photos and negotiated a price. Car was picked up at home by Dean and Craig who inspected the car quickly and gave the thumbs up. A short while later the money was credited and the keys were handed over. Adam, Dean and Craig were all very friendly and easy to deal with. Overall a very good experience.

Craig, who collected the car, arrived right on queue after initially advising me as to what time he would be arriving. He thoroughly inspected the car and completed his reports. He was very professional, very affable and he kept me advised as to what he was doing throughout his inspection. I was more than happy with the price paid. Quick, efficient courteous and straight talking. I rang Motor Dough on Thursday, they took me through a quick and efficient assessment process during which we agreed a price which I was happy with. On Friday Craig, a fantastic individual, came to give my vehicle a once over and a final price was agreed. Following this agreement the money was in my account within 5mins. What more could you ask for, really great service and communication throughout, I would definitely recommend.

Had a call from sales and gave my details and all info relating to my car. said they will get back to me with a price. waited five days. No one has bothered to call me back, if they weren't interested in the car then they should have at least called me to say so. Poor customer service.
