Sam contacted me via gumtree. After sending some specific photos (all very simple requirements) and short video of the engine running, Sam gave me a call to talk me through the company, the process and the price he would offer. He gave me the option to take some time to do my own research about the company before letting him know if I wished to go ahead. After giving the thumbs up, the car collection was arranged for 2 days later. Dan came to collect the car and gave me a call a few hours before he was due to arrive. He did some checks on the car and sent over some images and his report to Sam. This took around 10 mins. Sam then gave me a call to say they were happy to offer me the same price he had told me a few days prior! No fees, no deductions. He transferred the money into my account and completed the transfer of ownership form online. He gave me a call to check the money had been paid into my account and that I had received the relevant emails and Dan took the car once I was happy. Such an easy process. Highly highly recommend!

This company deserves 5 stars plus. I am an 88 year old ex/motor trader so with respect know what I am talking about. The way I was treated by Tony at head office was fantastic, and he helped me through every step of the sale with respect, politeness and professionalism. At no time during our numerous conversations did I feel that he was not being genuine, and his offer was not in the expressions of my old motor trading days "cowardly" Finally the car collection gentleman named Donatas was not a tyre kicker or a haggler but a super guy whom I could tell knew what he was talking about. He checked the car and the money was in my bank account within in ten minutes. Had discussion about selling off my car as I got a lease car now. Staff were friendly and followed up with me. Came and took the car yesterday with no pressure after confirming they were buying it on Saturday. Very reliable 😁

Got an offer from Ryan at motor dough for my car which was more than the dealers had offered me trade in against my new car. Which I was more than happy with. Dean the transport driver turned up spent 10 mins checking the car and paperwork then within 20mins I was paid in full no quibble. What they offered is what they paid. Dean loaded up the car thanked me for my custom and drove away. I then got a call from Ryan checking everything was done and again thanking me for my business. I would definitely recommend this firm and in particular these gents who were a pleasure to do business with. Never dealt with a firm that have actually done what they said without question.

Dean called and informed me he would arrive at my house in 20 minutes, but he got there in just 15. He promptly inspected the car, loaded it within minutes, and paid the agreed amount. He was also a very nice guy—great service overall! 10/10, would highly recommend
