My experience started off great, I spoke to Rich over the phone who seemed to be a really nice guy willing to help me with the sale of my car. The time came for me to send photos of my vehicle and all of the paperwork over on WhatsApp. Rich told me he would reply by the end of the day. He never did. My messages were left on read and when I sent another message to see where we were at in the process, I was left on read once again. Customer service went from amazing to appalling in a matter of minutes. Do not recommend. I will be going elsewhere for the sale of my vehicles

Ricky came to collect my car and did a detailed hand back and noticed some scratches and badly done paint work which I didn’t notice I was very surprised as this did not affect the price I was offered and they kept to their word thank you so much!! MotorDough replied to my application promptly and Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A fair price for my mother's car was agreed (which was higher than certain other selling sites), the collection process was easy and efficient, with the agreed price paid and the professional and courteous service from Mark turned a potentially stressful event into a pleasant experience. Mark also provided advice regarding the sale of my own car (sale already agreed elsewhere) which ensured that I was armed with the knowledge to ensure that I was able to avoid any potential pitfalls with that sale. Motordough offered me 22k after discussing my Car with me and even though slightly lower than the online Valuations I decided to go with then as the quote on the website they dont give you less unlike other companies. When they came for the car it was in the morning not afternoon as agreed and there was no phone call as agreed an hour before pickup. After various checks I was told the computer had picked up various error codes. These were than cleared and another test drive undertaken with no recurrence of any error codes. I was then offered £1k less in case when the car was given a longer test drive the codes returned. If they remained clear I would be credited with the £1k. 2 days later I got an email stating the codes were clear so I was expecting the £1k to be put back in my bank account. 2 weeks later I am still waiting and not getting any response to my emails. I feel have been ripped off. Apparently Darren who I had been dealing with had since left the company and I have now had the £1k put into my account. Thanks motordough for sorting that out in the end!!!!!

I've used Motor Dough twice now and both times have been fantastic experiences. Mark was personable and efficient throughout. He also worked really hard to get me a fair price and also make pick up as simple as possible despite me being away from where the car was being collected. I've used them twice and I'd definitely use them in the future.

Mally in office and Joel who come pick up the vehicle were brilliant from start to finish.
