I dealt with Aaron in the office to sell my old VW Fox after I got a mobility car. They quoted me £250, asked for some photos of the car and said they could send someone out tomorrow. I advised I had a few more quotes to review, but Motordough ended up being the best. Whilst I waited they kept in touch and then once I accepted their offer I had a driver with me called Dean 2 days later to arrange the pickup. He took a quick look, and within a few minutes I was paid and the car was out of my hands. Amazing service!

Absolutely fantastic experience and would highly recommend ***** Completed online details on Friday, received a call in the matter of an hour from the lovely Rich Colborn and was advised of how Motor Dough work and what to expect. I sent over a video and pics of the car for Rich to look at and when he rang soon after he talked me through of what he would like pictures of to get a closer look of some scuffs etc. He was an absolute joy to speak to - personable, charismatic, friendly and efficient - but, more importantly, the expectations were honest and transparent. I sent him all that I could see on the car and all that he further requested - so there would be no surprises for either of us. Rich went away to put together a no quibble 'Purchase Price' and rang within the hour to offer a reasonable price and, again, assured me that this would be the price paid when the car was collected. I accepted the price offered and agreed for the car to be collected Monday (today). I was still a little skeptical as know that these online companies have a tendancy to offer one price and then, when it comes to collection, they can knock the offer down - quite substantially in some cases. But no, Rich was as good as his word and his communication - the car was collected this morning - by another lovely guy, Dunatis - good banter and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't have the paperwork for the only service I'd had on the car (last year) but they were happy to take the car anyway, on my word that I would ring the garage for a copy of the invoice and forward on to them. Which I did straight away - by which time the car was already gone and the money was in the bank. The whole experience has been seamless from beginning to end and I would have no hesitation in using Motor Dough again - and have already recommended them to a friend. A fantastic bunch of people to deal with and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Thank you Rich - you're a diamond!

Malcolm was honest with his valuation of my mothers car. We live 3 hours away and he was able to facilitate the car sale in a warm and professional manner. Dean who came to give the vehicle a final assessment and collect the vehicle was courteous and professional answering all mums questions. We were on the phone also to support her speaking with both Malcolm and Dean to confirm the sale and that funds were in her bank account. Recommended.

From the initial calls with Adam and the collection of the car by Dean, everything was very easy to deal with. Once the price was agreed there was no unexpected changes or hidden admin fees. On the date of collection I couldn't find the key and Dean was so patient until it was found. A great experience from start to finish, would happily recommend anyone looking to sell a car to use this excellent service.
