AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Ordered ugg boots and have not received the order or a refund, have sent multiple emails and had absolutely nothing back!!!

Order Uggs in September had 1 reply from say they would be 2 weeks After countless emails to them with no reply I’m still without the order or refund

My daughter fell foul to these scammers after she thought she was buying Uggs. Shame on these criminals taking money for goods and not delivering.

This company has not responded to any requests for an update on my order for UGG boots which was placed on 1st October, despite providing copy of order receipt, the payment was taken and no goods have been sent. I will have to resort to reporting to my bank and the police as it would appear since I placed my order others have been scammed too.

Ordered Ugg Tazz slippers like many others here and never received them. I actually managed to speak to someone via email who turned out to be the director as listed on Companies House. Marcus assured me that these would be sent out within a week of his email and blamed stock issues. I think the problem is that they never had the stock to begin with! Absolute scammers. I have since had a refund from my bank. Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order a month ago & have never received my order. I have emailed them several times but they have not responded.

SCAM WEBSITE Do not order from Wonshape. I paid £100 for goods that never arrived. I never received confirmation of my order, and made regular contact with customer support by raising a ticket on the website with no reply. All of which have also been removed/deleted from my account so there is no order or correspondence what so ever. This is a fraudulent website, DO NOT ORDER

PLEASE READ: NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS EVER, EVEN IF IT LOOKS LIKE A GOOD DEAL! Where do I even begin? I feel like such a sucker for even thinking this was a legit business in the first place. Wesbite = dodgy. Customer communication = dodgy. Online reputation = in the mud. They'll tempt you in with popular products that they claim to sell, and then update you 0 times on the status of the order. Then a week or two will pass, and you'll reach out and then hear absolutely nothing back. And then even more time will pass and nothing ever arrives. I think my favourite part about them is the 'Customer Support Portal' where you essentially create a ticket for your query, which is supposed to be responded to within 24hrs. The only thing that happens in 24hrs is that that ticket you create (with your complaint or question) no longer exists. Vanishes just like that! Really convenient for them I'm sure haha! Luckily I was able to get my money back through my bank quite easily, but please please please heed my warning and never ever spend any money with these CHUMPS under any circumstances. Even if you think it looks like it's a good deal, it's clearly too good to be true as so many people appear to have found out. Scummy company! Also please respond to this review, I've seen the rubbish you've been responding to everyone else with and I want to have the opportunity to speak with you LOSERS.

I ordered some Ugg slippers still waiting for them have tried to contact them on the number on the web site can’t get through snd I have sent em email no response

I’ve reported this company and raised a payment dispute with my bank because it’s been over a month and they’re ignoring me and haven’t sent my order but took my money. All of the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. I will continue to fight this until I get a full refund.

Dont buy from them they are à scammer !!!! I ordered 2 ugg tazz since 1th of octobre they took my money but i did not recive my order , I tried to contact them via email as their number is not working !!! Unfortunately no one is getting back to me.
