Brilliant and well needed service, I prefer not to take time off work to sit in the waiting room just to get a prescription. Young lady doc was also way more informed about my condition than the elderly GP I've attended locally. Can't get over the efficency, I was able to collect my prescription 30min after consultation and all this for half the price of my usual GP fee!

Brilliant service. Great option to have when you don’t have time to go see your own GP or when you can’t get an appointment.

Found service good regarding wait time, only 30 minutes to see a Dr is fantastic. Dr was also very thorough and provided a lot of info. My criticism is the lack of knowledge about what medications can be prescribed to a breastfeeding mum. It is possible to have this information to hand and look it up. Being unsure and not prescribing anything as a cautionary measure isn't good enough when the knowledge is available. I suffered in pain for 2 more days as could not make it to my GP before then.

I was delighted to be able to get a consult from a doctor online. Dr Mooney was very professional, friendly and I found it easy to talk to her about my issue. I will definitely be using this service again and it is great that this is available to members.
