The first doctor which was really comprehensive and kind did a simple mistake about how things are supposed to work under the Irish regulation, but in the second call everything was clarified and apologised, and they continue with the process pointing to the right direction for i can get the right treatment.

I have used VHI Videodoc on 2 occasions and have found this to be an excellent service. The service enabled me to chat directly with the doctor and I did not need to take time off work.
