Quick and easy to order. By entering your measurements the best fitting option was provided. Assembly and installation was straight forward. Quick postage. Once installed, the ambient air temperature around the outdoor unit reduced dramatically as the hot air was not being recirculated in the area. These deflectors are definitely doing their job as described.

The aircon was a great price and the team helped me when the delivery service let them down and held the item at their depot for some reason. But once I contacted oz air they spoke with the delivery service and it was delivered in 2 days. Loving having heating and cooling in my studio/home office. The unit is simple to use and I've integrated it with my home automation using an additional product sensibo. Highly recommend oz air online, their delivery provider has a bad wrap online and I experienced a small atall in delivery. Hopefully oz air make a change to a new provider.

I recently purchased an air diverter from Oz Air Online, and their sizing bot was incredibly helpful in ensuring I got the perfect fit for my AC unit. The diverters arrived quickly and were simple to assemble. Installation was a breeze thanks to the magnetic design.

Good fitment and mostly easy to assemble. Only issue was the nyloc nuts supplied for magnets was difficult to tighten for the 2 bottom one due to the recess for a screw/bolt (unable to get spanner or socket in there). Overall works well directs air upwards as designed. Magnets strong enough to hold and doesn't budge.
