Extremely disappointing experience to date. We have had delays in having the unit delivered, to only receive a damaged unit. On receipt contact was made with OzAirOnline seeking assistance with regard to the collection of the damaged unit and a replacement, however after a week of correspondence, we are still to here from anyone. I will be forced to follow again to either have the unit replaced or seek a full refund, for a purchase in excess of $5,000

The process was very easy and Sam (from Elecgroup Melbourne - installer) was amazing to deal with. Fast, friendly and clean. Highly recommended and have recommended.

The advertising suggested it was correct size. It was too small. Waste of time and money.

Initial contact by phone and all my questions were answered. The information was spot on and the delivery to my home in Tasmania was fairly prompt considering the distance, and I am totally satisfied with the result - no more hot/cold air as I pass by the outside machine attached to our heat pump.

The unit was delivered really quickly but I’m still waiting for someone to call me back organise the installation. Multiple calls and emails but still no booking for installation, it’s now 3wks after receiving the unit and I have no idea when I will have a working aircon unit.

I placed an order via ebay for a Daikin Air Purifier on 10 Jan with an estimated delivery of between 12 Jan to 17 Jan. The item arrived in perfect condition the next day, less than 24 hours after I'd placed the order. Excellent communication throughout regarding the order update and delivery. I couldn't be more pleased with this online shopping experience and thank Oz Air Online for their wonderful service.

Was told the unit would be delivered by 11 Dec…still not seen it!

I elected a warehouse pickup of the split system unit I purchased. The warehouse time provided in the confirmation email was incorrect. I was told when I arrived at Rinni that the warehouse had closed, this being 30min prior to the time indicated in the conformation email from Oz. I left a message with Oz Air and was told someone would get back to me. They didn't get back to me.

I was looking for a prefab screen but found that I needed to replace the filter material like you would flyscreen. Went to internet and Googled ac filter suppliers and directed to Oz Air Online where I found what I needed. Placed my order, paid my bill. Response was quite immediate and kept up to date on package progress via email until it arrived. No problems. No issues.
