I purchased a zena daikin 6kw unit with this company and at checkout had a 7 to 10 day wait time to pick the unit up. I have now waited over a month with no real reason for the delay apart from daikin not having stock. i needed the unit which Oz air knew by the 10th of april and nothing!.If you sell a product you are supposed to have it in your stock and not rely on manufacturers. apart from that my sales representative Kim has been less than helpful. go buy your daikin from someone who cares definitely not these guys.

Highly suggest you do not order an AC for a residential property from these guys. They didn't even notify me till after I made the purchase of the AC units to tell me they do not have anyone in the area that's available to do the installation and that was it. They didn't offer a refund for the AC purchase and it was incredibly difficult to find anyone else willing to do the installation except for one company out of the 10 or so I contacted since they do not want to install AC units you have not purchased from them. I called Oz Air Online and the receptionist didn't even seem to care and all she said was we'll get someone to contact you and they never did.

It's super easy to use, it cools the whole loungeroom very quickly. I was also so surprised by the quietness of the unit itself both inside the house and outside. Finding the aircon units we wanted at a comparible price was great, but when we found cheaper and Oz Air price matched, that sealed the deal for us, the customer service to help us complete our order as we purchased multiple items was excellent. This would have to be one of the best companies I've dealt with. Super impressed with the product, communication, delivery and it's an Australian company. Does not get better than that.

On June 15 I booked an installer to quote on a new system for a property in Newton. I also paid the $49 fee on your website. I had no contact from anyone until I sent you a reminder email on June 21. I then had a call from your installer later that day with the opening remark, "I'm very busy". No apology for being very tardy. The allocated inspection time was Saturday June 24 at 8am. At 5 past 8 I get a phone call saying he is running 30 mins late. After the inspection I was told I would have the quote that afternoon. This did not happen. I texted on June 27 at 8 am requesting the quote. No response. I phoned on June 28 at 9.30 and got message bank. Then a text saying "I can't talk now I'll have the quite through today" Again, nothing. I finally received the quote two days ago but due to the extreme time lag and poor communication I have moved on to another company for this project.

Good website, great air conditioner, fair price. Delivery without notice nearly went sideways as I was about to go away. Assigned installers never got in touch and I arranged it myself.
