Poor customer service and after care. Avoid.

I ordered large pies for a party and I don’t normally write reviews but thought that the service from ordering to delivery was exceptional. The pies were delicious and were a hit with our guests. They arrived on the morning of the party as we had asked for. Packaged so well and the delivery drivers were very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely recommend Greenhalgh’s and will order again.

The wonderful personalised cake for my son was the next best thing to me being able to bake him his 21st Birthday cake! It was delivered on the morning of the birthday and arrived in perfect condition. A real show stopper cake.

Vegan No Meat and Potato Pies are Amazing. We hosted a halloween party for our friends and thought it would be great to offer some pies and sausage rolls... It's very refreshing that a company offers Vegan options and both the Pies and the Vegan Saudage Rolls are amazing. Both were easy to warm up in the oven and all the guests loved them. We ordered online earlier in the month and was able to select a day when the order would be delivered. Spoke with customer service with my order and they were always really helpfull and the delivery driver was very polite and friendly too. Cannot praise you guys enough. Would love to see some more Vegan options.

Can’t go wrong with these pies and pasties, always been my favourite !!! Never disappoint, and now you can get them delivered to your door. Only negative is, I ordered mine because it was free delivery, the pies are not the cheapest, so I don’t think I’d order with delivery charge, and you have to spend a lot for free delivery. Maybe, make it £30 ??

The box was far too big for the order and it had all ended up in a heap at one end. Packaging soggy and wet. A box half the size would have been more than adequate.

Cake was too dry, and smaller than expected. Would be nice if there was an easy way to see a comparison of the difference sizes on the website. Also there there was confusion re collection times on the confirmation email; 2 different collection times on email.
