I am very pleased with the service I have received from Greenhalgh's Craft Bakery.

Having been recomnded to try them very pleased we did. The potato cakes were the best we have had and the flat cakes where really good too .The pork pies had a great filling and nice jelly sadly the pastry had lost its crispness but I think it may have been because of the ice packaging.We still enjoyed them and have already placed anouther orde.

Ordered a cake to be delivered to a University, as daughter was spending birthday away from home for the first time. Ordering the cake on line was easy and Greenhalgh’s contacted me to confirm details and kept me informed - delivering on the requested day and to the right place! Great service and daughter loved her cake!

A very satisfied customer It was my wife’s funeral this week, and I used Greenhalgh to order sandwiches, savouries and cakes for the wake afterwards. Everything was delivered exactly on time; the quantity and quality were excellent. They were delivered on covered trays, so the contents remained fresh until wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ordered a pie and a buttered barm and was asked white or brown so I told them brown,and asked for a plastic fork which she handed to me by the forks without gloves. I left and realised they had not put in the barm,so turned around and told them they hadn’t put in. The guy who did the till told me he couldn’t remember me asking for one,so I replied surely you remember her asking me white or brown? He said well I didn’t charge you,I replied oh you didn’t remember me asking for a barm but you remember instantly not charging me (sarcastically) he’s reply was you’ve only come back in for an argument F—K OFF!! Needless to say he got a little back to think I’ve used this company for years never again!!. And the pie I received was a dried out day before pile of muck.

I ordered the cookies and cream cake for my son's 18th birthday and a 21 number cake earlier in the year for my other son. They were both made up with their cakes as was I, and the rest of our family. Both were really tasty beautiful cakes. I will continue to order my cakes from here as they have never disappointed me or my family, and I would recommend greenalghs to anyone in need of a cake.

Used to be delivered by Greenhalgh's van and all was perfect. Now delivered by DPD and on one previous delivery the strawberry tarts were smashed up which I complained about but heard nothing back. This delivery was packaged with frozen blocks and when opened the items were all wet on the outside. I won't be ordering again.

Hi, I ordered platters of sandwiches pies etc for a family party. The ordering process was clear and a lady called me to confirm the details. Collection was very easy. The food was really good. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again. Many thanks
