Reported an item missing from my delivery, the woman who answered the phone when I rang them said 'No ones at their desk?' give me your order number and we'll get back to you. Nobody got back to me so will not be using them again as customer service is rubbish.

Quick delivery. Fresh products. Fruit Cheescake was delicious and good size. Pasties were well filled and good. Loved the pork pies. Pies and pudding very tasty. Mince pies great.

Easy to order & get delivered. Friendly delivery person & very helpful even offered to bring the box inside for me. Love the pies & cakes shame they shut Rochdale shop! One of the only places I can actually eat pies from as I have a Dairy allergy. So tasty & yummy

I've loved Greenhalgh's since I was a child. Unfortunately, I no longer live in an area where I can visit this bakery, so being able to order online is fantastic! Still just as delicious 😋. Whenever I visit home, I always manage to squeeze in a meat and potato pie and a custard slice! Thank you.

I went to pick up a Rainbow Cake, cost £41, at 9am on 4/11/23 and I had to wait around 2.5 hours in the cold/rain with mobility issues, had to move the car from the disabled bay (as I only had 2 hours) for the cake still not to turn up and for them to have to bring it to me at my brothers home - No communication from Greenhalgh whatsoever, not even an apology. Absolutely diabolical customer services 😡 Pauline Dowd

The Cheese and Jalapeño pasties are on another level of tasty. The beef broth and pea and ham soup are nicer than anything I've had from a supermarket. Also, the steak Pies have no fat on the meat, top quality Pies they are.

Great tasty bread and scones. Lovely toasted too.

There has been a change in delivery arrangements, some products arrived crushed and some were missing from the order. As a regular online customer this was a surprise and disappointing.

We are regular customers who enjoy all we buy. Lancashire folk who now live in south and enjoy all the goodies from a proper Lancashire bakery!

I have used this firm for the past 25 years for birthday cakes I think they are brilliant really happy with every time I have ordered and delivery is spot on
