I asked a question and did not get a clear answer. The question was, "If you had 250.00 in dividends could you send in $250. and buy another position?" The answer was it takes $500.00 to buy a position! When I was in school @250.00 and @250.00 = $500.00. But with the new Math, I could be wrong. Or should the answer have been "you need to send $500.00 additional as you can't use your dividend for that purpose"! Then I would say O.K. I understand. Also this being a five year program, I probably won't be alive in five years so this does not seem to fit my needs. Unless I could use the dividends as spendable monthly income. Thank you.

The owners of this platform are poor communicators. Recent updates to the UI make the process even more confusing. Plus, they offer promotions that never get fulfilled, despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times. All you get is run around for any problem. They claim 3-4 weeks for escrow to close; I have been waiting almost 3 months.

I have alway been interested in REITs as part of my diverse financial portfolio. DiversyFund seemed different but still what I was looking for. Until I started investing I wasn't aware my funds would be locked in for the entire 5 year investment period. This resulted in me investing less than what I wanted. It was not clear up front until I read more details. In addition, not having an option to invest $50 every two weeks or perhaps $200 per month resulted in less funds being invested. Overall, I would recommend, and have recommended, DiversyFund as an opportunity for anyone regardless of their understanding of investing.

I was well informed and investing with DiversyFund has been easy. I hope to increase my investment as my financial situations continues to change. Would recommend them.

Its nice that you can Google to find a phone number, but it would be nice if you had a live person to ask questions instead of email options for everything. Thats a huge turn off.

Absolutely horrible customer support. No one answers the phone and it seems like a robot is responding to my emails. Do not invest in this company.

Diversifund is the best platform to invest in real estate without a whole lot of money 💰

Signing up was easy, and straight forward. Start-up was reasonable! I saw a dividend in less than 3 months small BUT something unlike a savings account which can accumulate about 10 cents or less in a year. This is my first investment with this company and of this type. I must say I'm pleased thus far. Let's see what happens a year from now.
