Interest rate is good but still doesn't fall within the range advertised when I originally invested. Customer service responses are great and timely. Overall a very good organization I believe.

Tried to contact company and you never replied back . Your company is very unprofessional and wish I can have my money back immediately

Little to no information. Almost feels like a Ponzi scheme since I can’t withdraw an investment for 5 years. App is horrible as it only tries you to deposit more money

Reached out months ago with questions and never got a response. Not sure how legit this business is so I am glad I didn’t invest a lot because it doesn’t seem like I will get my money back.

I like Fundrise much better. They are much more open with what is going on with projects and keep you updated along the way. DiversyFund very rarely gives any updates on what is happening within the fund.

I invested in DiversyFund, and it was super fast. Took about 2 min to complete my investment. A few days later my money was transferred to the fund, like clockwork. And a month later I received my first dividend. The fund reports that it has raised 45mm and has 20k other investors, and has bought a dozen buildings. It’s truly amazing that I can make an investment like this as easily as DiversyFund makes it. I can’t think of a better way to diversify my investment portfolio.

I invested $1000 and did not like the investment . I asked to close my account and was told I can't for so many years. they told me it was part of the investment. What kind of company won't let you close a account? I'm 74 years old. Might not live long enough to receive my money back. Total ripoff !!! Big companies don't need a $1000 that bad. Don't invest unless you read all the fine print.

Although I like the DiversyFund I would really like it if it was possible to set an automatic payment of $100, Or even if it is not on autopay $100, would be a better amount then always have to increase with $500,

Returns have been below expectations so I am disappointed so far in their performance with my investment.

I like that it is very easy to invest, also I enjoy the newsletters as they are very informative. However, I think they are sent a bit too frequently. I barely finish reading one of them before I receive another one. Otherwise, I think DiversyFund is a very good idea. I plan to continue investing.

I am a first time investor and Diversyfund has made investing attainable & easy. I am glad I started.
