We are now fully solar. We used superior solar, Kris was my contact thereand he was wonderful. He was always available to reassure or answer questions and the financial process was very easy and professional. We are very happy we dogs this we are not 100% of grid because we live in the city but we did it, we are now suppliers of energy, clean energy. My kids are proud of us and happy we did it, so are we, we are now more part of the answer and not the problem.

We have had complete lack of communication about our financing and we can’t even get registered fir the portal. We were told we would not be paying more than $86 a month and it took $136 and we haven’t even had our solar running because of all the lack of communication. Not sure what’s going on.

No one should be made to have direct debit out of their checking account. And, If I choose to put more money toward my account (principle) , I should not have to call the Dividend Finance department to tell them to take and additional amount from my account. What a PAIN!

All aspects of the financing process of our solar system has gone through smoothly. There were no hidden costs or missed "fine print" in the contract and all questions asked were effectively answered in a timely manner.

IS OK BUT IS WHAT THEY TELL IM STILL GETTING BILLS LIKE 38 DLS A MONTH AND THEY TELL ME IT WAS JUST 8.67 DLS FOR CPS CONNECTIONS FEE
