I have purchased 4 wall art pieces from Frame the Alphabet (using last name) for family members who absolutely LOVE them! They're so unique--you get to pick which picture you want to represent each letter. (The only con would be that some letters don't have a lot of pics to chose from...). On my last order, I was not happy with how the name turned out on the final product (my mistake). Frame the Alphabet worked with me to change specific letters (I had to pay postage to return it) and am VERY happy with the name on this wall art piece now. Edessa is wonderful to work with and she is prompt with her replies to any questions.

I had a very hard time selecting my letters. Very poor examples. If I had not had purchased a groupon for this, I would have never purchased the product. Waste of money and time.

The advertisement on groupon stated the company would send a $75 gift certificate with every purchase. There was also fine print about shipping and the number of vouchers you could get. I understood all of that. The company themselves, frame the alphabet was offering a better deal on their website but I had already purchased the groupon and figured oh well I'm getting the gift certificate that will make a nice Christmas present itself. But to my disappointment, no gift certificate sent. Contacted customer support(providing a screenshot with the details about the certificate circled) and they told me they are requesting groupon to remove that from the promotion.(not going to honor it either)because Customer support told me I could use their own online deals or I could order full price and then they would refund me $75. I guess giving the gift certificate for a Christmas present is "out of the picture now" full pun intended!!! Now for the product itself. The picture looks nice but definitely not worth the cost. Frame is flimsy and mine may even give me a splinter if not handled carefully. The back of the frame is just cardboard with their advertising on it. For the cost of these products you would expect better quality. I am very disappointed in the product. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

The product is beautiful! I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I would have liked the option to choose bigger letters for my long last name. Since I had 10 letters the only size available was 3X5 for each letter, I would have preferred 4X6 or 5X7 and a larger frame.

I ordered individual prints (I had my own frame already, bought separately) to spell out my boyfriend's parents' last name for a Christmas present, and it came out beautifully! Picking the letters online was easy and they have an awesome variety to choose from. I had a Groupon as well that was super easy to redeem. The prints were delivered much sooner than I expected and were great quality, I would definitely purchase again.

Fabulous customer service!! Prompt and polite. One of my items was slightly damaged upon arrival. I emailed pics of item, and within days, my new one is on it's way. No charge, no shipping fees. I highly recommend this company, and will order from here again!
