The ornament I received was the thinist price of “wood” if you can even call it that. It was unbelievable how junky it was for how expensive it was. I would not have paid $5 at a craft show for this junk. DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON! Plus it was $9.99 to ship!!!! It was so lightweight a 0.50c stamp would have mailed it. Total rip off. Disgusted.

The process to order was easy enough. However, I feel like there has been poor communication regarding order/order status.

This is the third framed name I have purchased, and I have been more pleased with each one as I have received them. They are each so personal and unique. Not only do I love the one I ordered for myself, but the one I gave to my granddaughter for her birthday was just perfect! The other was a wedding gift, and the bride just cried at how much she appreciated such a personal gift for their new home. I wish more people knew about this store.
