The Letters I chose to have put in a frame are beautiful, but I purchased this "deal" on groupon and to my understanding it was to be a name in a frame. I purchased this for my daughters 18th birthday present. Well to my surprise I recieved just photos of the letters not a finished framed product & for that I'm extremely unsatisfied. I cannot find a frame & I don't have her SPECIAL gift for her birthday. I gave 4 stars based only on the photos I received. Unhappy 😥

I had some trouble with my order and when I received it I was a little disappointed as both L's in the name Russell contained the same image. It is ok but I would have preferred two different images.

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful frame and photos. Love that it's not glass in frame its a lighter weighed material therefore it's does not need a stud for the nail.

Sign looks beautiful. I purchased it off of Groupon and ended up having to pay shipping so I was very disappointed with that. Also it isn’t made with glass it is plastic. If your up close you can tell. I think for that amount of money it should be made with glass. Also I upgraded to the barnyard wood Rustic frame it isn’t. It is cheap I don’t know what material that resembles wood. Sign Is large but not heavy duty at all..:(

Received in excellent time. I think it was less or about 1 week and photos are clear and excellent quality. Great gift for the hard to buy for or someone difficult to buy for. I am very pleased and grateful I made the purchase, that I feel no one else will think of. Unique gift on my part!
