Well it seems to me, you have to ring up when there's someone in the shop. My first buy, a couple of years ago was seamless, they answered my queries about shoe width letters, and I got my shoes within a couple of days. I rang back to enquire and make a purchase recently, but it was a bit patchy, they didn't seem to know what was going on, someone was at lunch I think, and the two boots I was interested in weren't in stock or they didn't have my size. However, when I ordered these boots, it was back to the old Pediwear, very helpful, they knew what was what and helped me with my interenet order. Bish, bash, bosh, got my boots when they said I would. Not only that they gave me progress updates by e-mail.

I ordered twice on this site and am very pleased with the service. I bought a very nice pair of black loake strand shoes which was delivered in a few days. You can trace the delivery.

Searched internet for brogue shoes. Others offered only shoes. Pediwear included shoe trees and ties. Three workmates are now also buying from pediwear.

I really like the personal touch you get when dealing with Pediwear. Great follow up per e-mail, and sound delivery even to Sweden. Of course, the great selection of shoes is impressive as well. The fifth star in the rating is for great deals (free shoe blocks and tie!) and membership in the Loake club which gives you 10% off your next buy.

I recently bought a pair of Philip slippers from Drapers of Glastonbury for my boyfriend this Christmas, after finding there were cheaper on Pediwear than Drapers own site. The site was very easy to use, and I had no trouble with ordering exactly what I wanted after a very friendly email from Mike, who gave me some advice on the size I should be ordering. Delivery was quick and reliable, and the product was just perfect. Overall, a very good service, which I would highly recommend.

I ordered a tilley hat just before christmas and the sevice was brilliant, not only was pediwear the cheapest, but my very well packaged parcel arrived well before the stated time, which was at a very busy time of year. The lady that dispatched it had filled out the guarantee and had included a hand written note which hoped that my parcel was satisfactory, and that if there were any problems, contact information. All in all a brilliant shopping experience - would definately recommend to everyone.5 stars.
