I had bought 3 pairs from Pediwear and another pair from a competitor over the past 2 months. Pediwear consistently delivered the better service in that they actually do have a named CS rep communicate with you before the order is processed and after it is dispatched. I had to chase up for a tracking number for my order at the competitor. If Pediwear carried more brands, I would not hesitate to purchase from them rather than at other retailers.

Pediwear offers a great range of Crocket & Jones and Tricker's shoes, which are my husband's favorite brands. As I live in HK, it is not easy to find them in the shop and even if a shop has any pairs, they are priced quite high compared to that in Pediwear. As my husband already knows the size in these brands, it's just easier for him to order online. Service is really good and honest. I ordered a pair of Belgrave(C&J) and they found a minor scratch before shipping out, and they sent me a picture and offered a good discount due to this scratch. I would recommend it to my friends for sure.

Very prompt, good prices and the shoe trees were are very useful free gift! There was also supposed to be a free tie thrown in, but I couldn't figure out how to get that added to the basket without increasing the costs. Having said that, I was in a rush at the time and it certainly wasn't a deal-breaker. Otherwise, all good and would certainly order from Pediwear again.

I decided to wait for the shoes to become available but then later changed my mind and had the luggage sent separately. I've received boots with a fault (crack on the heel). I don't know why ordered footwear was not checked thoroughly prior to despatch. Even worst if the fault was noticed, but boots were despatched anyway. I was very disappointed and now I need to send it back for refunding. Very inconvenient transaction.
