Very friendly team. The company was extremely accommodating to get us on the schedule. We booked another moving company a month ago who basically kept telling us they were a half hour for 4 hours. Between the poor communication and flat out lying with no workable solution, we cancelled services with the other company. We called Rio Moving at 3pm on a Friday to see if we can get some help that weekend. They said yes! The movers were a little late but that is ok because they told us they would be late. The move coordinator even kept checking with us to make sure things were running smoothly after our disaster with the first company. Unfortunately, changing to another weekend was not an option in our case, so Rio Moving are the superheroes of our story.

Tony and Blake were very professional, on time and so courteous!! I would highly recommend them as a 5-star moving service. Excellent service and customer oriented- qualities challenging to find these days.

I’m not a person who even writes reviews but I needed to do this. I just had a horrible experience recently with RIO! It’s way too much to type out but I told myself I wouldn’t forget to make this negative review! Shawn Kahn wasn’t being honest about his dealings, nor did he deal justly with me and my family. His movers delayed my items for a whole day and did not compensate me for it ! My family and I were almost homeless because of them being careless. Do not utilize RIO for your move!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! Paid them 500 dollars for them to not show up at scheduled NoT flexible time then they rescheduled twice more just to NEVER SHOW UP AND CANCEL LAST MINUTE!!! They hung up on me twice and were completely unprofessional!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Rio Movers. Greatly underestimated the proposal which caused an additional 8 HOURS in additional charges. A 3 bedroom house took 12 HOURS to load and unload. at the 12 hour mark they left half the truck load in the garage. They had to come back 2 days later to finish the job (at no cost). Homes were 20 mins from each other. They left deep scratches on wood floors and scratches on multiple pieces of furniture. Crew work hard but were not efficient at all. Rio has made no effort to compensate for the damaged floors or furniture.

Awesome communication; we mainly talked thru email. On time. Comparing with other movers, cost effective for the hours they worked. Willing to deal with last minute changes as well. Overall, will definitely go with again.

Rio movers are absolutely the best. I cannot say enough. They showed up on time worked on a Sunday. were extremely good and fast at what they do. Everything arrived safe was loaded and unloaded without any issues. They were all very polite and down to earth. What would have taken me forever took them no time at well. Worth every cent. They lowered a large section of our couch with the utmost of ease. Hire these guys you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!

Had a reservation planned for a week while I was out of town and they came through and moved everything in a little over an hour! I had a smaller truck and yet they still managed to fit everything! 5-star service and they were very polite! 100% recommend!

Hired this company to move my mom from a whole house to a one-bedroom apartment. I will start first by saying that the crew was on time, professional, hardworking & really nice! Because my mom was moving to a one-bedroom apartment, the crew was more than accommodating when it came to moving things around the house for me that was not going to the new location. That was a HUGE help! I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and reasonable rate.

Do not use They sent me two kids to move a house full of heavy furniture. Complained when asked to take stuff upstairs. Did not reassemble all and I did not go upstairs to check before they left. Was asked to use my drill and drill came up missing. Scraped and gashed on brand new walls/doors Dispatch is in Wyoming so they don’t care once they have the funds.

I recently had Rio Moving move my furniture and belongings for a local move. They did a wonderful job! The 2 young men arrived on time and were wonderful to work with. They were very courteous and careful. My belongings were moved in a very short time and arrived and placed in my new home in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this moving company.

Great moving service! Very professional, friendly, all around great moving team. They communicated with us to ensure items were where we wanted them and treated everything we owned with respect, even the huge metal cabinet and treadmill beasts. These movers work! They work fast and efficiently. We had a two-man crew and a 26ft box truck. The two men working were some of the nicest people we've had the pleasure of working with. We highly recommend.
