Verzending naar Nederland was met DPD. Mijn pakket werd, tegen de afspraken in, bij de verkeerde webshop, 10 kilometer verderop op een industrieterrein, geleverd. Vanwege gebroken schouder kon ik hier niet zelf naar toe. Tien keer met DPD gebeld en DPD doet niets. Ik heb aan de webshop gevraagd om te helpen en te eacaleren bij DPD, maar ook hier geen hulp of actie. Uiteindelijk met een taxi mijn pakket moeten halen. Bij de Miu Miu wordt normaliter altijd een roze harde brillenkoker geleverd, maar bij deze niet.

Je rêvais depuis 20 ans de pouvoir m'acheter une paire de lunette Cartier et grâce à Céline Roland opticien j'ai pu le réaliser. Dorine a pris en charge mes besoin et ma très bien conseillé sur ma commande en me proposant le mieux pour moi. Je recommande et je même repasser commande pour mon épouse. Merci à toute l'équipe et surtout à Dorine.

I placed an order on April 1st. After 7 days of back-and-forth communication and empty promises, the order has still not been shipped. The seller refuses to issue a refund, ignores phone calls, and avoids taking responsibility. I have saved all the evidence. I strongly do not recommend this store for any purchases!

Incroyable, vraiment ! J'ai commandé des lunettes de soleil Miu Miu hier elles sont arrivées aujourd'hui !! Service au top, l'emballage du produit est parfait, le packaging des lunettes est parfait, vraiment je suis heureuse merci beaucoup ! Et au passage, le service client au téléphone est très réactif, et la dame très agréable. Bref je recommande vivement 🥰

The Sunglasses I bought (Loewe) are beautiful. First I did not know, if it is a good idea to buy from an unknown Shop, but the delivery was very fast (within 3 days) and the package perfekt. So the sunglasses we’re very good protected. I would buy again

Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre 10 étoiles ! Vraiment, excellent ! L’expédition de mes lunettes était ultra rapide, les lunettes étaient très bien emballées, la paire sublime, et en plus elles sont bien moins chères que sur d’autres sites ! Merveilleuse expérience, je repasserai commande avec grand grand plaisir, et avec une grande confiance ! Merci beaucoup !

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered a pair of Fendi sunglasses at more than 30 percent off what the other stores were charging (and that should have been my first warning sign) and received it after a couple of weeks. BUT THERE WERE NO SUNGLASSES IN THE CASE! I called up customer service and they asked me to send photo evidence of what I had received. I did and they emailed me within 45 minutes saying they had checked their surveillance cameras and saw that the glasses had been packed. This is an obvious lie as all the glasses are in theory shipped from the brand company (so Fendi) and there was no way they would have been able to get in touch with the company and see the surveillance camera video all in 45 minutes. This is a huge scam and highly misleading by all the positive Trustpilot reviews , which are fake! I will be seeking legal recourse. P.S. just to clarify their ridiculous reply below to my review , when I enquired a week after I made the purchase as to why the glasses had not arrived yet, they replied saying the reason for the delay was that they were being packed and sent from the Fendi warehouse (this was obviously also a lie, please check all the other MANY negative reviews stating the same thing). I have this written in a previous email from them and will be seeking legal recourse. So please don’t be fooled by their replies to the terrible comments. They are PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!!!

My item never arrived, 6 weeks later still waiting for a solution despite their tracking showing my item never reached me and is back in France. Also they replied in French claiming they have tried to contact me which is false. I’ve been the one contacting them and they didn’t give a solution. The nerve of these scammers

I just purchased from this website for the first time, and I had a really nice experience. I texted them before purchase to confirm the frames I wanted were in stock. They answered within 24 hours. It took about a week from purchase to receiving my frames. They are absolutely beautiful. Will definitely purchase here again.

J’ai passé commande le 27/02 et j’ai reçu mes lunettes le 07/03. Personnellement j’ai eu une très bonne expérience. Je recommande.
