I bought AirPods a week ago. The next day, I received an email from Cex stating that the product had been dispatched. However, when I checked the tracking code on An Post, it says the product cannot be found. I emailed them about this issue, and they told me I need to wait 14 days. I’m just wondering when I’ll actually receive the product, as I don’t want to wait 14 days. I’ve seen others experiencing similar issues, and I’d like to find out what’s going on as soon as possible. I hope they don’t just tell me after 14 days that the product is lost.

I went to my local store to get a refund for an online purchase (within the time frame allowed). However I was told that I was only entitled to a voucher and was offered to buy it for a reduced price. I returned the item by post and received a full refund (minus the postal cost, €10).

I was given the wrong product, a cheaper product than what i ordered, then it turned out they didn't actually have my order, and could not send it to me from another store. On top of that, they only return your money as a voucher, which i was only told when i tried to return a previous product, the sign displaying this fact was face down on the ground and was picked up by the clerk to show me, ridiculous
