Immediately following a deposit on betonline.ag (within 5 minutes) I was hit by fraudulent charges using the same payment method as deposited. As soon as I meet rollover 1x, I’m withdrawing (if even possible!) because on my account it has a rollover guage saying I’m 0/$1125 so far in rollover requirements! Wtf I had to reach out to the customer service and they told me not to worry about it as I will still be able to withdraw once I wager $75, (yeah a $1125 rollover from $75 deposit?!). Look how absurd, their own agent says on my private Twitter that I have 8946 dollars on the site, but they blocked my account and don't give me access to my money, if anyone here knows how to help me process it or something like that. I have been using this casino site for a few years now. Although I wish they had a better video poker game selection, I still use it instead of other sites since I have never had a problem withdrawing my winnings. (Some other sites often purposely make withdrawals confusing and time-consuming, if not outright impossible due to all sorts of convoluted rules, playthrough requirements, and/or limitations.) For example, just today I only played with a modest VIP bonus I received for January. (Btw their VIP program is excellent. Anyway, even though I only started with a few dollars from my bonus today, I got lucky and won over $140 (!!!) Furthermore, even though I didn't even deposit a single dollar today, I was able to easily withdraw my winnings (to Bitcoin) right away. (Even on a bonus there was only a 1X playthrough requirement!) It only took a few minutes to authorize and process my withdrawal request and for the Bitcoin transaction to appear on the Blockchain. (Then since the system pays the appropriate fee it never took more than 10 minutes for the BTC to be confirmed in my wallet!) I have withdrew funds a few dozen times over the years and the process has been this fast and seemless each and every time! My only real complaint is that the casino has a terrible selection of video poker machines. While at first glance the video poker screen appears to have many differy games, most of them are dumb and obscure non-standard novelty games (I doubt anyone ever plays "Aces and Faces" or "Deuces and Joker" Poker...) In fact, it does not include any of my favorite (and overall most popular) types of video poker games. Specifically I *really* wish they had "Double-Double Bonus Poker," "Triple-Double Bonus Poker," and/or "Bonus Poker Deluxe." While this would normally be a deal-breaker, given my wonderful withdrawal experiences (and my trust with this entire site) I will continue to stick with this site... ...However, can you please at least add "Double-Double Bonus Poker?" (or swap it with one of the dumb games if that is better for you?) Even though I still plan on exclusively playing here, if you attain that game I am sure I would spend much more money. Good welcome bonus as it can be as high as 250 dollars and sportsbook has some decent promotions from time to time. As about as a decent sportsbook there is nothing really amazing although there could be some better variety in bets and alternative lines. Now the bad/downside of this casino and what really bothers me how bad the crypto withdrawals are as they sometime take hours to process and how they limit you to only 1 withdrawal per day.
