United States | 15 January 2025The loyalty program is great. Although I do not know why you have different levels within a tier since there are no additional benefits from one to another. An example would be that there is no difference from Platinum I to Platinum II. Payouts are very fast which is great. My problem is with creating parlays. Two examples. The first is that I cannot parlay a live wager with a pre-game wager. The second example is I cannot parlay an 'Extra' game in college basketball with a 'non-extra' game. An example of that is that cannot parlay High Point with Maryland. Overall I think BetonLine is a very good sportsbook and I would rate it a 5 star if I did not feel so restrictive with the aforementioned items. I am not saying that you need to change anything just stating opinion
