I have a bunch of bets in play and I look at my balance and it is negative (the amount I deposited almost two weeks ago. I inquire and they tell me that my bank reversed it; but it isn't in my bank account. Bet online says it will take up to 20 days. So my bets are a wash and I guarantee I don't see that deposit.

Arguably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I made a deposit, and was able to show the hash number, both wallet addresses, and the exact dates and times. Even showed a confirmation email of the transfer matching my email for their site. I sent all this and contacted for two days. All they would say is it is being handled. After 3 days I contacted. and they were now asking for my information again (all stuff I already gave them) now the issue was that it wasn’t clear enough. I don’t think I’ll ever see my money.
