I have been trying to withdraw some money for over a month without success. I send all the documentation they ask for, later on they confirm I have been verified and I can withdraw, but when I try to do it, I get denied again and they don't reply back to the emails. Additionally, to withdraw they make you pay a fixed fee, so it is free to deposit, but must pay to withdraw.

They have usually good lines but are not good at prop betting payouts or having prop options which is tough because most other books(DK, FD, vegas) all have better prop lines and options on different prop bets. Also they could improve changing spread lines in parlays. You can’t buy points for a spread and add it to your parlay. Just particular details that only real in depth bettors use which is who you should be appealing too anyways

The way the sport betting is set up. If I play a parlay ticket your site it does not give the individual result for each pick. The results show I have lost on every item instead of showing what item actually lost the pick or ticket. Example a 5 pick parlay, 4 games have completed and won . The system still shows those games as pending when actually the ticket is really pending 1 game. Please show the results of the picks individually or show what killed or voided the 5 pick ticket.

Vague answers about pay outs, ask you to upload bank statements and then are still not able to tell you when you will get your money, despite charging a fee.
