After getting scammed by another seller, I was skeptical about trying again, but FlyHugz.com came through. The pillow is fantastic, and my neck feels amazing after every flight.

The return policy is that there is no return policy! Buyer beware! Company is not responsive and does not honor the return policy on its website! I didn’t get my pillow in time for my trip and so wanted to return the unopened package. Tried to reach out for weeks. Finally got a response saying that it was “ineligible” for return (and it was well within the stated policy). I don’t care how good this product may be- that’s not how you run a business! This is a scam…they are operating as final sale and do not advertise that. I would never buy from them again.

Most horrible website I have ever experienced!!! They are scammers! I purchased from them 4 weeks before my overseas trip with express as well! Nothing ever arrived? I emailed them a few times and no reply! I returned from overseas last week and still nothing has been delivered it has been 2 months! I emailed them multiple times while being overseas and still no response 😡😡😡

Have been trying to return 2 items that are not what I expected. Have called and emailed. Only response from them was... "What triggers the decision, this way we can check options that we can offer for you to still keep the product." I don't like the quality...and don't want them. Ad said there is a money back guarantee.

Honestly, I don’t know why there are negative reviews. FlyHugz has been fantastic for me. I’ve used it on several long-haul flights and have never felt more comfortable.

I have tried to access tracking information but am being warned by my security app that this company is a scam and not to access. After reading a couple of other reviews I believe I may have been scammed. Too late to cancel my transaction. BE VERY WARY

THIS COMPANY IS A STRAIGHT UP SCAM!!! THEY DON'T RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS, PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA!! THEY WON'T LET YOU RETURN THEIR PRODUCT EVEN IF IT'S UNUSED, EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISE IT!! THEIR ADDRESS IS FAKE, LOOK IT UP, IT'S AN ABANDONED BUILDING IN NYC. THIS PRODUCT COMES FROM CHINA AND IS VERY CHEAP!!! DON'T BUY!!! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

The package took exactly one month to deliver. Obviously it missed my flight that I needed it for. And it is obviously their fault on late delivery. I called, emailed 3 times and left a message on website. No responds at all... DO NOT BUY from them.

If zero stars were an option that would be it. Awful company. I ordered one pillow and the website is built to snag you into buying two before you know it. I paid for expedited delivery. Still didn't show up before I left in a long trip . I emailed after returning home for a return and no response. I emailed again and then I emailed again. I explained that maybe their intention was to let the clock run out of the 30 day window of allowable return time. They finally emailed me back and said I couldn't return it because it was delivered in the time they said. Who cares ,right ?! It is brand new and unopened. Beware ! Terrible company. Don't buy.
