Flyhugz provided tremendous neck support on a 9 hour flight recently. It was great to have the support and comfort.

Slept for a bit, but needed to put over my chin bc neck must be short. Wasn’t a super long flight so kept on most of the flight and was comfortable.

I've been travelling for over 40 years and this is the first travel pillow that actually fully supports your neck and allows you to sleep comfortably. I bought 2 , one for myself and my daughter. I would highly recommend it. It's a compact size when not in use too.

I assumed it was NZ dollars as on Facebook NZ website but accepted my mistake but then another offer popped up and they automatically ordered and charged me for another bag . I haven't heard back from them but have cancelled my card and I will charge with fraudulent behaviour once the sale is not pending

should’ve checked here before buying. quite a bad product, pretty flimsy and doesn’t support at all. when i requested a refund and return, they offered that i keep the product for 50% refund which was fine as i didn’t want to deal with paying shipping and import fees. never used it since the first time.

I love my fly hugs neck support. It supports my neck and head upright without any slack. It’s soft, but firm because of top quality memory foam. Easy to wash outer and easy to re-insert the inner. I use it on flights and car rides with the best sleeps. My safety travel bag is also perfect! Secured features worked perfectly for traveling in big crowds. All my valuables are kept safe & secure. My family and friends have also purchased their own, after using mine. 😊🥰

Love my fly hugs I’ve never been able to sleep on planes just dose and get sore neck On my Aussie to Japan leg and after about 2 hours I started to dose I was shocked when I woke to find we only had 2 hrs to go And I felt great Brought two more for presents for my kids

Absolute game changer for travelling! I bought one for myself and my two boys on a recent trip to London and Singapore. We flew economy and the long haul was no longer painful. I didn't have any aches and pains and slept really well. I'll never travel now without my Flyhugz. I even just referred a girlfriend going to UK as well!

I ordered mine on December 10th 2024. I still have not received them. 2 to be exact. They shipped from China to Chicago and have not moved from Chicago since January 10th. Nobody responses to my emails to customer service, nobody answers the 24/7 customer service line. Nobody calls you back if you leave a message. I’m out money. Buyer beware. You need to make this right flyhugz

Used my FlyHugz for the first time flying to Peru. It works great though I got a bit hot after awhile. What I most appreciate about it, is how easy and tidy it was to carry.

Fast delivery and sleep instantly on the plane. I purchased for my son who is a FIFO worker. I would like one for myself as I nap in the car when we travel long days.

It works well and much more comfortable/supportive than the traditional neck pillows this includes both full foam ones and inflatable ones The eyemask is very nice What could be improved is how much room it takes up when not in use. As it has to go into a stuff sack, it takes up too much in my backpack. I would like to see a hybrid model, with foam over an inflatable core. That would provide the same comfortable feeling of the current version with the ability for it to shrink down smaller when stored.

I was able to sleep on a plane without my head nodding about for the first time. I also love the small size and snug fit.

Such a great product, definitely improved long haul flights sitting in economy! Eye masks are super comfy and block out all light. The support around your neck make it easy to sleep anywhere. Thank you glad I bought family one each for Christmas.

After years of using the "donut" pillows, my husband and I are always disappointed after trying to get comfortable on a flight. I bought us The FlyHugz for our Italy vacation and we were not disappointed. It's firm enough to hold my head in a good position, no neck or shoulder aches. But soft enough to be comfortable. Not to mention, I'm always cold on flights and this kept me comfortable. We highly recommend!
