I normally feel uneasiness whenever I fly because of bad airplane seats but this pillow has changed my experience. I was able to sleep for the first time on my flight to the Philippines! Highly recommended!

Buyer beware, do not order too close to your trip as you will be unlikely to get it in time. I ordered 10 days ago and the tracking still shows the parcel hasnt been picked up by the carrier, coming from China.

Placed an order on January 30 2024 still no work I was charged $175 CAD for two pillows when I could’ve bought it from Amazon for $80 product is supposed to ship from Yanwen China to Canada still no movement.

Based on an FB advertisement, i had purchased a travel pillow, Flyhugz had advertised a travel pillow where the ends of the pillow overlapped eachother so as to keep the head upright even if it leaned in front. They had advertised that this pillow could be folded into a pouch to be kept away, they advertised this for an offer price of Rs. 999. On receiving the item today flyhugz has sent me a cheap travel pillow, unpacked and stuffed into the DTDC plastic packing! This product is cheap and worth Rs 200 at most! I want to return this product and want my refund. How do I go about getting this?

Annoyed! Just ordered two pillows and it wasn’t made clear that I was paying in American dollars!! These things better be bloody good!!! Edit. They were true to their word and did contact me but I got no real help other than them saying they DID make it clear it was in USD. Fine, I didn't see it but just be warned. That's not my problem now. Now it's the fact that it was sent out from China on 3 March and I still don't have the product. There's been various correspondence back and forward with no resolution. They just insist that my package will be delivered in 3-5 days. The courier is Fast Horse Express so now I have to go and review that company. This is taking a lot of mental energy. Grrrrr

Still waiting for item to be sent as on tracking it hasn’t left the store yet! 2 weeks ago paid for 1st class post & also though it was being shipped from USA & the email provided to contact them bounced back! Would love a refund if this is their service.

I tested it out at home and I think it will help make sleeping on the plane more achievable!

Received this item a couple of days ago. I tried it on but didn’t realise I needed to remove the cover over the velcro to make it stay in place. Once I did this it seemed comfy. The real test will be when I fly in late June from Sydney Australia to London UK. Will see if it does everything it says and I sleep well on the long flight.

After seeing the product takes 2-3 weeks I ordered two -I just tracked the order and the delivery date is April 5th , which is over 8 weeks. We fly out on Feb 18th. Read the small print - product ships from China not Mainland US. Rip off.

The product seems good, will only truly know after our first long flight.
