I’d give 0 stars if I could. After purchasing 2 neck pillows and 1 antitheft travel bag, here is my honest review. The neck pillow was Meh— not good, not bad— definitely nothing spectacular after using for a 13hr flight. The Velcro closure is really loud when adjusting, and I felt like it was annoying to other passengers. So I don’t recommend it. Next, I had hoped the antitheft bag was going to be really useful but after only 4 days of use, the interior liner separated and the zipper got stuck in the frayed liner and the exterior stitching started to loosen and separate. The customer service was terrible. After 3 emails with picture attachments and no response, I messaged them through instagram. While the emails have still not been acknowledged, they did respond on social media asking for pics and telling me to pay to send it back before issuing a refund, asked me if I wanted a 10% off coupon for another order or a family member…. Really? This is not a satisfaction guarantee or quality customer service. Don’t waste your $ or time. I don’t know if it’s just me and my expectations, but the other positive reviews are surprisingly and suspiciously glowing.

I love this pillow! I use it on planes, at home, and even in the car. I’m buying another one for my brother.
