Prices are pretty fair. Range of items are not bad although many brands are missing. Site is not so good. Too croweded on the eye. Worst thing is the delivery. Packages arrive to the country and then no one gets in contact with you and packages then go back an forth between countries... Why???? Besides this the service I get when I contact xxcycle is cold and not helpful. Solve the issues! If packages are not delivered compensate the customer! Send him ASAP the goods, refind him the money, make him stay! Manage all other things offline and solve for future cases. This is the bottom line experience!
