Incredibly fast shipping when you do express at decent prices.

prices are good, shipping is immediate. often additional items are shipped together saving the customer postage. honest business, not looking for a quick buck.

I have ordered twice from XXCycle.com and have been very satisfied with both orders. The orders were delivered to my Texas home in a reasonable amount of time - about a week total time.

Ordered a Bryton 20T from the east Coast US - it arrived in less than 5 days with the 5-10 day service. Bryton 20T works fine, interface with Mac OSX a little clunky, but fully functional, and website interface with stats is great. Would recommend also ordering a Speed Sensor for Byrton 20T, as GPS reading does not provide instantaneous accuracy (just the nature of GPS). HRM and Cadence sensors work just fine. Great size - same size as a regular cycling computer. Recommended as a basic training tool - it essentially provides all the info you need to know, if you can remember your zones (which isn't exactly difficult!).

The parts I ordered were for a 2004/5 bike and not available from the manufacturer. I identified them by the picture and the modle type as my French is non existent The parts arrived well within the delivery time I'm a very happy customer

Would I order shoes from them again? Of course. The right product in a very timely manner.

I ordered a new saddle from xxcycle, as the price was better than I could buy it in the US, even after shipping. The real surprise was that the saddle arrived at my house in Alaska only 8 days after placing the order. I was expecting to wait another 2 weeks since I did not order any special shipping. The product was exactly what I was expecting. I'll definitely shop xxcycle again!

At first, I was a little apprehensive at the thought of buying something overseas, but XXcycle erased all the doubts I had. They had exactly what I wanted and they shipped it to my home pretty fast! The only thing I would recommend for them to do is make their website more attractive like CityGrounds.com Other than that, I would purchase from XXcycle again. :-)

XXCycle offers great pricing and service. My last two orders came in within 5 days using regular post! The only time I had a question concerning a product they responded in a timely fashion. You just need to be careful about the cost or the shipping, it is sometimes a little expensive.

One time an item arrived not as described,which I returned at my shipping expense, and another time an item was defective. This can happen with any merchant, as always buyer beware, XXCycle has turned a deaf ear to a legitimate complaint and a request for a replacement after receiving the defective part.

I am buying from your company almost since its fundation. your prices are very competitives,your shipments are very quick but you have very high shipping rates almost incredibly high. for instance recently ,for a set of mtb pedal and 2 sets look keo cleats bought from you, I paid 16 euros shipping to Turkey. At the same time from an British company I bought 2 mtb rigid tires and I paid 7,92 us. dollars for shipping. Do you think that south of France is far away than England. With the hope that in the coming days you will correct this point.

Tires, saddles and pedals are must buys from XXcycle if you are in the U.S. I've used them several times and have been pleased every time. I receive my items in a week, which is usually as fast or faster than items I order in the domestic United States.

Heard about xxcycle from a mountain bike friend. I was a little sceptical about shipping since they were so far away, but he insisted that they would get it to me in PA. I paid for expedited shipping just to have some idea when to expect delivery. Got my new SIDI 6.6 Genius shoes on time and at the best price anywhere!!! I was a bit apprehensive ordering from Xxcycle because little information was available about the company and my French is not so good, but their prices were so competitive, I decided to take a chance. Everything turned out perfectly. The only difficulty was the shipping company's web site for tracking my package was all in French.

I recently purchased some Sidi shoes from xxcycle. I received prompt accurate answers to my emails out of normal trading hours and when UK carriers misrouted my parcel xxcycles again sorted it quickly and without fuss. The shoes are very good too.
