I bought a pair of Time Xpresso 8 pedals. This was immediately shipped to the US, and the pedals are great. What I really liked was that during check-out, I was able to select a shipping service that did provide tracking and was not expensive when compared to regular mail. Looked everywhere for rubber cover for my Shimano STI this is the only place that stocked the part. Other part I ordered did not arrive a quick call to them in France and with out any dispute it was delivered.

I purchased a Busch & Müller E-Werk to use with my dynamo hub. They are available here in the USA, but I saved at least $50.00 getting it from xxcycle.com. I was a little nervous dealing with an overseas company, but everything worked out just fine. The product arrived in about 2 weeks with no problems at all. I did attempt to order this item through xxcycle once, but I noticed an error on the shipping address. I emailed them and explained the error, and I got a quick reply telling me that my order had been cancelled and that I could reorder at my convenience. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION! All in all, it was an excellent transaction and experience.

Having a hardtail MTB, I wanted something to cushion those wahboard type of gravel roads and some not-so-smooth street roads. I did some research and came up with the Suntour NCX SP-12. I also considered some simple coil sprung seat posts and Crane Creek's Thudbuster, but the Suntour had the right quality and price point even with oversea shipping charges. These were not readily available here in Canada. Even my local bike shop was unwilling to source them out for me. Xxcycle did a great job packaging and shipping it in a timely manner. I would definitely keep them bookmarked on my browser for consideration of future bicycle related purchases.

I used the site several times, to by my bicycle parts. The site has good collection, and I can find almost anything I need, and with good prices in comparison to other sites. But the site needs improvement: - There is no user page/user login. this makes tracking a nuisance. In order to check my orders history, I have to check my E-mails! this is a real disadvantage to the site. - The English version is not complete. a large part of the site is not translated. - The search needs an improvement. maybe add pictures in search results...

I ordered a great pair of SIDIs for a great price. I also paid for express shipping (3-5 days delivery. The package never left Toulouse. I was told that the package could not be delivered to a po box after three weeks. Once that was cleared up, the shoes were delivered in 3 - 5 days. The shoes have been great.

i ordered the tyres wednesday afternoon in australia they arrived the following wednesday morning .excellent .easy to order and pay, excellent delivery speed.

One pedal box was broken and the other pedals was missing a pair of cleats. The two boxes have a aspect of use, may be the pedals are from exposure.
