I have been buying Crypto with some spare change and deposited a fair amount of money in the 5% savings account. The money in the savings account I used as and when I needed it. Had an email today to say that my account will be closed in about 6 weeks and that I will not be able to get a new account. Ok, its not a problem, they can choose their customers, but don’t close your Kraken accounts too soon because you never know what’s around the corner.

United Kingdom | 07 September 2021For full disclosure I worked at Ziglu as a contractor. The best thing about this app is that it's easy to use and the fees are reasonable. It's a great app for those who are new to crypto. I am sure as new features are released it will get even better.

Really easy to open my account and transfer money in. Really easy to by crypto as well an really really easy to see how it performing. Keyword of this review "really easy" this is what you need when trying something new. Only piece of constructive feedback is i would like to be able to pick from a wider ranger on the market but hopefully that's in the pipeline. 👍keep up the good work

United Kingdom | 03 September 2021I am loving this app. I can make immediate transfers between my Barclays and Ziglu accounts and I've been able to easily invest in Bitcoin despite being a cryptocurrency novice! I'm particularly impressed by the boost accounts that set it far apart from others! I'm surprised about some of the negative reviews here, personally I find it reassuring that Ziglu is following the FCA rules and regulations and protecting customers accounts.

United Kingdom | 01 September 2021Hi I would just like to say how happy I am with this app, the fees are fair and the crypto price is in line with the highest conversion rate, especially BTC/GBP, would like to see more tokens on here, they are regulated by strict FCA rules so all those negative reviews should not be taken into consideration as crypto is the future and people need to be fully aware this is an investment

United Kingdom | 20 August 2021My second review and they are not turning things around! The app has failed to open all day whilst the market is on a run up! Guess what? I’m losing money due to Ziglu’s lack of efficiency. The debit card to access money never comes. They just put in a reorder and the same thing repeats. Ziglu is a waste of time…as many reviews here sayAVOID!

They will open your account and then wait until the day you get paid AND THEN freeze your account and notify you it will take 60 days for them to return your hard earned money which they are not allowed to do but they will pretend it is a financial crime investigation so they have to withold the funds. In the meantime the real financial criminals "ziglu" are entitled to make interest on your balance for 60 days. They can not be able to get away with this. I habe informed the ombudsman and filed a complaint. Dont be silent about these cowboys, the world is in a crisis and they can not get away with doing people over like this!

United Kingdom | 10 August 2021They will out of nowhere decide to freeze or delete your account without a valid reason. They reply to these 1 star reviews with the same messages - you won’t have any customers left as they all get their accounts deleted!!! I have no idea how Ziglu are FCA regulated but reported them for breaching regulations and failing to provide an adequate service. Look at all the bad reviews and they say the exact same thing. 100% scam company. Go for Coinbase instead.

Would appreciate full transparency in advising why it takes 60 days to return OUR funds back to us after randomly closing an account. Please advise. Someone with an actual answer please. Because I am well informed with FCA regulations as well as the Ombudsman so please reply.
