I love insights into your body like this and thought the one-to-one following your results a great addition, although I was a bit nervous both the dietitian and also fitness expert made me feel at ease and gave great tips to consider.

You want to believe it is a legitimate company, but it is not. I spent 390 plus dollars on two kits. 2 months later, no results, and I get the complete runaround from their customer service team. Oh, and the phone number? Good luck with that. They can never be reached by phone. COMPLETE SCAM!!!

The only way I got a reply was by messaging on social media. They have Now blocked me from social media so I now have no way to connect to anyone! Disgusting service would not recommend

United States | 11 May 2020I ordered a DNA fit product that involved upload of my Ancestry data on April 26th, 2020. The upload version of their product claims instantaneous results, so having paid for it and uploaded my raw data file, something within an hour, or maybe a day. The next day when I logged in to the portal, it indicated my results were still being processed. I gave it another day and reached out to customer service to ask if there was an issue. They asked me to upload my raw data and let them know that it was already uploaded, besides the "upload" button was no longer available - a sign that they had the file. I went round in circles with their customer service for a week - they claimed corrupted file at one point, wherein I offered to re upload if they gave me that option, and they assured me that the issue had been escalated to tech service. A few days later I asked for a refund and customer service agreed to the refund but assured me they were still looking to resolve my issue since I made it clear I would like to use another company if they weren't. It has been 2 weeks of me reaching out to them to get answers - with responses coming in 2-3 days after my question and no initiate on their part to communicate or keep me informed or even let me know in the first place there was a problem until I reached out to them to check on status. I have received a refund but after 2 weeks of going around in circles - no answers or resolution. I am appalled by the customer service and lack of communication within a service oriented industry.
