United States | 08 May 2020honestly yesterday tried to purchase the healthlink for 23andme users for discounted price. made the purchase with a free cookbook offer. received an email with my order number. i was charged full price for both. so spent over 40 dollars more than what should have. received another email to finish setting up my account. signed in and found no link to upload data from 23andme but it does give me a message that is waiting for results to come back from the lab. i have sent or received anything at all. tried to email and call number and havent been given a response at all. period. i am screwed.

United States | 01 May 2020Information was helpful. Phone line had a lot of static and it was very difficult to hear. Follow-up email has some good resources also.

Singapore | 30 April 2020The dietitian was able to advice based on my current LCHF diet how it links to DNAFIT results. The fitness consultant was able to advice how to train for maximum benefit based on genetics

United Kingdom | 03 April 2020Great user experience and very happy with the data and information given. The most valuable part being the consultations with the experts prior to really help to understand how to personalise and apply the information to your daily routines.

Netherlands | 29 March 2020I am sorry that there is no translation. These are very specialist terms. Although we have used the translation, it is often difficult to understand. We have had explanations and we tried to follow but we have not succeeded. If we had known this in advance, we wouldn't have spent that much money on it.

United Kingdom | 25 March 2020I paid £244.95 for a ‘Snapshot’ blood test and a DNA test. Their web site promised two 30 minute consultations with 1) a nutritionist and 2) a fitness expert. I spoke with the nutritionist-helpful, but when the day came for my fitness consultation they cancelled saying it wasn’t in my package. I was told my package included a nutrition consultation but not a fitness consultation. Yet they confirmed my fitness consultation with Aashil Ramjee by email: ——————- You have been invited to the following event. Robert **** and Aashil Ramjee When Wed 25 Mar 2020 3:45pm – 4.15pm Who aashil.ramjee*dnafit.c*m- organiser Hi Robert Thank you for securing your complimentary 30-minute wellness consultation with Aashil Ramjee. Please access your DNAfit reports...your impressions and questions will help us to optimise our time on the phone with you. Regards, Your DNAfit Wellness Consultation – Fitness Focus ———————- When DNAfit promises a service, confirming it to you (twice actually) I think permanently cancelling it on the day is appalling, and left me feeling cheated. It’s not as if what they are selling is cheap, and you need the consultations to help make sense of the results they send you. Hours before my fitness telephone consultation an email arrived: “...you purchased Diet Fit which covers the diet and nutrition reports only. ...Due to this we will need to cancel today's consultation.” Coincidentally, my girlfriend had the same experience of DNAfit recently - a booked and confirmed fitness consultation cancelled hours beforehand! DNAfit need to stop cheating their customers and start honouring their promises. They can’t promise a consultation and then (efficiently) say ‘We’ve changed our mind it’s cancelled...’ It’s outrageous. Perhaps I should run this past Trading Standards, I don’t know. Beware of this firm, their own emails are no guarantee of what you will receive for your money.

United Kingdom | 25 March 2020Love DNA fit! I thought that the quality of the follow-up calls was really good.

Nicole
United Kingdom | 25 March 2020My experience with DNA Fit is that the advertising was misleading. I signed up for snapshot (bloods) and DNA fit thinking I'd have a 30 minute free session in both Diet and Fittness. I was allowed access to book an appointment for a fittness coach and dietitian. I had my dietition consultant all very good then 30 minutes before my fitness consultation I received an email saying I would have to upgrade in order to get a fittness consultation. I had received confirmation of the fitness appointment and reminders with no indication to the fact my DNA fitness package didn't include this. On the site under getting started it states fitness then nutrition - very misleading as I didn't receive any Physcial fitness advice in the package. Apart from this disappointment I was happy with my reports and dietitian consultation.
