We first made an enquiry to project solar to see how good solar panels could be. We were introduced to their rep Ali Bahadar to talk us through the pro's and processes of installation. He spoke very professionally and did not push for a sale. We decided to go ahead with the installation as recommended, and within days everything was sorted, scaffolding was up and a professional team arrived to install the panels. We are extremely pleased with the service and the savings we are already experiencing.

it was a smooth experience from the survey right up to the installation, communication between the company and us was first class, all questions were answered and explained to us so we could easily understand. All in all the company was a pleasure to do business with.

From our first meeting with Ashwani who made us fill we were in safe hands, he explained the product that project solar uk was providing, how it worked and how the maths worked out. From then on it all clicked into place. Communication has been excellent all the way through to the installation of the panels, battery's etc. The team who installed our system were very helpful clean and tidy left our house as they found it. explained the set up and how it works. 10/10 Keep the good work up!!

All they are interested is finance, i booked an appointment when talking to one of their reps and wa put onto an automated booking which declined me as i would not state that i earned over 10K a year as this has absoloutly no revelence to my position as i am a cash buyer and would pay the full amount on completion. i was then returned to the sales team and basicaly exactly the same. now today they ringing up and i informed them that all they interested in fianance deals and i was not interested in their company anymore the sales rep carried on and stated that they have installed over 45000 systems but they could of had 45001 if not for their company looking at finance only deals. I am a cash buyer, and do not wish or want to be treated with no option and for an automated booking system to decline on the basis potential earnings without any concideration for cash buyers just says to me they are after their return on their finance options.

We had been thinking about solar panels for quite some time. We had 3 quotes and whilst Project Solar were not the cheapest but we were very impressed on how Larry our project surveyor explained everything to us. We decided to go for 12 panels (6 south facing and 6 north) with 2 batteries and Richard, thr Project Solar manager, pushed installation through and we were fully installed within 10 days. Our experience with Project Solar was excellent Larry explained everything to us and was never off the phone through the whole time. The installation team were helpful and suggested they install the batteries in our garage not the original loft location which we agreed to. However, we didn’t realise that there would be cables on show running to our garage. I contacted Larry who got onto it straight away speaking to Richard who sent the installation team back out and moved everything back to the original insulation. We now have no cables on show and a very professional finish. The team were great and we are extremely pleased with our new solar panels. Larry was our sole point of contact, handling everything for us, even helping to organise insulation of our loft.

From the assessment completed by Viktoria and communications from the team before installation, up to the completion by the system, everything went perfect. Very professional installation team turned up when I expected and went through everything with me and explained the app in easy to understand language. Great experience with Project Solar from start to finish. The appointment with the surveyor Alex was great, friendly and professional and put me at ease. He took time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions including taking me through what's on the market highlighting the differences. He provided me an immediate quote and took me through it. I was happy with it and went ahead booking in the installation which happened very quickly. On the day of installation which was in mid July, the 2 teams who turned up were very professional and efficient taking only half a day to have the system up and running. Throughout the process Project Solar kept in touch with me to ensure I was happy and answered any questions I had as well as informing me what to do next especially in regards to signing up with the appropriate energy company and advising what documents I would need in order to make the switch. Each person I dealt with at Project Solar have been professional, friendly and responsive to my calls or emails. Cannot fault them at all and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in solar panels.

Project Solar have made installing solar panels and battery into our property so easy. Although an outlay the projected saving on future electric bills nice as well as our bit for our environment selling electric back to grid. The representative of the firm was able to answer all my husband's who is an engineers questions. Looked at environment around the roof taking in considerations of trees around use & chimney to get most light/sun light. Supporting with sourcing finance. All information was supported with lots of emails with information and phone calls from their representatives checking that all was okay and we had no questions. The scaffolding went up on day said and Solar fitters the next day. Removal of scaffolding delayed a day or two due to wet weather. Thank you for making process so Stress free.

We had a totally great experience

I contacted Project Solar UK as I was interested in solar panels, but my husband needed convincing on the benefits and cost - we didn't know anything about how much they cost or how much we could save/earn. Larry came out to see us a few days later and talked us through every detail. It's a really thorough session, Larry explained how the panels work and how the battery and inverter are used to control the flow of energy, then we looked at our annual usage on current bills. Once we knew how many panels we needed to cover our existing usage, he looked up our house to establish the facing direction, and the size and pitch of the roof. We decided on maximum panels to maximise our returns over what we would use ourselves. We discussed the pricing and finance options, and after a phone call to Richard at HQ - who was also really friendly and open with us - to finalise the details, we were ready to sign up. We were excited to learn we could have the panels fitted in just a weeks time, and that Project Solar would handle all the coordination for us, from the scaffolding to registering the install with the grid, and obtaining the extended warranties - which are market leading! We needed to change supplier to Octopus for their export rates, which did mean we had to break contract with our current provider. EDF has a £200 per fuel exit charge, but Larry provided us with support in negotiating with EDF to write off most of it. What we paid was absolutely worth it though, we are live with the panels and just waiting for the confirmation letter from the grid so that we can start getting paid for the excess we generate. In this in between period we can already see from the app how much we will be making once this is up and running, and couldn't be happier with the decision to go solar. The service we received from Project Solar, particularly Larry Reynolds (and honourable mention to Richard at HQ), was invaluable. We understand all the details of the process, the functionality, what we can expect to generate; it was all arranged flawlessly, we received all the documents and certifications by email for ease of storage; and we have quality kit with generous warranties. Absolutely couldn't recommend PSUK highly enough!

Everything explained each step of the way, there was no rush during the early stages, making sure I understood what I would be signing up for. Once paperwork was completed, scaffold was up and job completed within two weeks. Installers were great, made sure I understood what was happening at every step.
