Instillation completed on time despite the inclement weather, clearing and tidying up before leaving site. Full explanation of the operation to isolate system and use the Solar App to monitor the system. Very Pleased.

Well looking at the maths and remembering what I have dealt with in the past . I decided to undertake having solar panels installed. With the advanced technology and knowledge you receive, it won't take long to see what I mean. FANTASTIC Service and Customer Service. I had been looking at getting solar power for some time and recently took that one step further and started looking for the best options available. Google brings up many options and my initial search results were mixed, until I came across Project Solar UK. The initial Google reviews drew me in, followed up by Trust Pilot reviews. I called Project Solar UK to book an appointment for a surveyor to visit and see what the options are for me and my property. The customer service agent was very pleasant and booked the surveyor to visit within just 3 days for a time that suited me, in the evening. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and super helpful with his explanations on the system and how it works. I would say the appointment was very enjoyable and definitely worth all the time. Our surveyor has all the time we needed to explain everything and at the end of the appointment, the comprehensive quotation and report was impressive. I felt like everything was explained and very thoroughly too. Dates offered for installation were available within a week which I was very surprised about. You can be setup within a few weeks from start to finish. I was given a date for scaffolding to be erected (arrange by project solar), they arrived and put the scaffolding up on the date we were told. The communication between acceptance of the quote and getting an install date was very good. I had contract through every step of the way and felt like the Project Solar UK project manager was in total control. The following day, the installers came (electrician and roofer) to install the equipment. Very polite and knowledgeable and I could not be happier with the team that completed the install. Neat, tidy, clean…. Everything you could ask for when you have someone in your property. Once the install was complete, I was shown how to use the App on my mobile/tablet. The next day, I had a call from Project Solar UK to make sure the install went smoothly, and I was happy. Following day, I had communication from the customer care team to make sure that everything was going well and if I had any further questions. All relevant paperwork was processed and confirmed via email to me. Overall summary is that project Solar UK have fantastic customer service, being updated throughout the whole process and making sure that I am happy as a customer. The installation team were professional and pleasant. I now look forward to benefiting from my installation. I have already made recommendations to friends and family; I would also recommend whole heartedly to anyone looking for a solar system install to use Project Solar UK… Thank You.

Had solar panels fitted, really pleased, came when expected, kept informed, arranged extras that were needed, friendly, tidy fitters who also kept me informed, during fitting. Overall fantastic team, Really pleased with the finish from quote to fitting, was given clear instructions on working the app. Had panels fitted at front and rear of house, 11 in total, would definitely recommend.

All went as planned with our installation. The scaffolding arrived 2 days before installation day. The installation team arrived bright and early and straight away started work. They kept me informed of what they were doing and on completion they helped me with App, explaining each feature to me. They had finished within 5 hours and took all of their packaging with them. They were very nice and polite. Overall, I am exceptionally happy with the service from Project Solar. From Sales through to installation and then after-sales, every one has been very attentive, efficient and accommodating. I will be recommending Project Solar to my friends and family.

I do not recommend these scammers. They changed their name because they had too many bad comments. They installed panels for me 5 years ago that are still not working properly and they want £325 for an engineer's visit to check them. Don't be fooled by this company's scams. I haven't had a grid for over a year. I've been contacting them for 5 years and reporting problems and they do nothing about it. I've lost over £22k

I think the only company who offers lifetime warranty on panels. Happy customer

Installation was cancelled last minute with no explanation. Communication between the Project Solar and the scaffolders was dire which lead to the scaffolders breaking into my garden while I was at work to put up the scaffolding last minute after I had been told by everyone I needed to be in (if you're in the Lincoln are you will also get the same scaffolding team).

Fantastic chap. Name of Rob Misson, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, replied promptly to my emailed questions. Wasn’t at all pushy, gave me as much time as I needed and lots of good advice.

Friendly patient bunch of guys who were respectful of myself and property. Explained the system to me a couple of times ( I needed a couple of times😏) and everything went very smoothly. This includes the agent who introduced us to the company who explained things in a way I could understand and even left written instructions on the order of things. Very helpful to an old dinosaur like myself. Thank you. I’m delighted with our panels and batteries.
