Sharon from Flag Insurance was wonderful and a great help. I had to cancel my insurance as I was changing into a new job, and she helped make the whole process so easy and so simple, yes I had to pay the cancellation fees, which was not a lot, but she made the whole process so easy. She has also sent me an Invoice for the Cancellation and my No Claims Discount will arrive tomorrow via Email. Overall, wonderful amazing experience. I was in talks with Sharon for many weeks as I kept asking about cancelling and not once did she show any level of annoyance, she was very kind, professional and respectful. Great Customer Service, and highly professional. Thanks to Sharron for your help! =)
